Promotions Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to the promotions, programs and client benefits advertised on this website. Each promotion is also governed by its own written promotion terms and, where applicable, the client’s representation agreement.

What each promotion identifies

Every active promotion identifies the following, as applicable:

Benefit — exact dollar amount, percentage, service or calculation

Documentation Required
Combination With Other Offers — allowed or not allowed
Third-Party Costs
HST — whether advertised remuneration or fees are before applicable HST
Transferability

Master Terms

Promotional offers are subject to the specific eligibility requirements, limitations and conditions stated for each offer. Where a qualifying transaction is required, eligibility is determined in accordance with the written promotion terms and applicable representation agreement.

Promotions may be modified, replaced or withdrawn prospectively before a consumer becomes eligible under the applicable terms. Changes will not be applied for the purpose of avoiding an incentive or benefit already earned under an existing qualifying arrangement.

Real estate remuneration is negotiable and is not fixed, prescribed, recommended or approved by the Real Estate Council of Ontario, any government authority, real estate board or real estate association.

Any percentage-based remuneration advertised applies only as expressly described in the applicable promotion and should not be interpreted as representing all remuneration, expenses or transaction costs unless expressly stated.

Where an offer involves a rebate, credit or other monetary benefit, the applicable promotion terms will identify the amount or calculation, maximum benefit, qualifying conditions, timing and method of delivery.

Third-party businesses and professionals operate independently. Clients remain free to choose their own service providers. Recommendations are provided as resources and do not create a requirement to use a particular provider.

Any direct or indirect financial benefit that Kaitlynn Martins, a related person or the brokerage may receive from a third party in connection with services provided to a client will be disclosed as required.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Nothing contained in a promotion guarantees a property’s sale, purchase, rental, market value, financing approval, investment return or successful completion of a transaction.

Not intended to solicit buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants currently under a representation agreement or other applicable agreement with another real estate brokerage.
